MAY I BRING MY LITTLE ONE?

We love our small guests! Please note that we are a full-service dining restaurant and not a party facility. Therefore, we ask that you please be mindful when making the decision whether or not your little ones will be respectful of those dining with us.

WHAT IS YOUR AFTERNOON TEA CANCELLATION POLICY?

Because we make all of our afternoon tea service food fresh, the following no show and cancellation fees will incur -

For parties of 5 and more | Guest will be charged 50% of pre-ordered tea service for no show and cancellations within 24 hours of reservation. Final guest counts must be confirmed 24 hours prior of reservation. The amount of guests confirmed will be the amount charged for.

For parties under 5 | Party reduction the day of reservation will result in a $20 charge per reduced person.

DO YOU HOST LARGER CELEBRATIONS?

We sure do! Celebrations consisting of less than 25 guests can be held during our regular dining hours. We highly encourage reservations so that we can be sure to make your experience extra special! For information regarding larger, private celebrations - please visit our CELEBRATIONS section.

MAY I BRING IN DECORATIONS FOR MY CELEBRATION?

We allow small decorations for bookings that take place during our regular hours. For our private events, we allow balloon arches, banners and floral arrangements. If you do not have a private event with us, please note that your space will be limited to your reserved table due to the quaintness of our restaurant and other bookings taking place around you.

MAY I BRING IN MY OWN CAKE?

You are allowed to bring in your own cake, however please know that you will be charged an additional $10 slicing fee.

MAY WE DO SEPARATE CHECKS?

We do not permit separate checks for parties of five and greater.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR AFTERNOON TEA SERVICE AND REGULAR LUNCH MENU?

Our afternoon tea service is a unique, prix fixe dining experience. We offer several different services, including our Charlotte - which is made specifically for guests 12 and under. You can read more about what each service includes and pricing here. Parties of five and more are required to pre-order the afternoon tea service. Our regular lunch menu consists of our full-size salads, sandwiches, quiches and desserts. The regular lunch menu is NOT pre-ordered.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE WALK-INS?

We accommodate walk-ins depending on table availability. Due to the high volume of reservations we acquire each day, we HIGHLY encourage booking a table with us if you plan on dining with us on a specific date. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you speak with one of our staff. Reservations can be made with us by calling our restaurant.

I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT A CURRENT OR POSSIBLE EVENT BOOKING. CAN I COME IN AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT IT?

Because we are a small business run by a small staff, we do require that you make an appointment to sit with one of us in regards to event inquiries. Appointments can be made Tuesday - Friday depending on availability. Please contact us at 561-881-0447 to make your appointment.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OR VEGAN AFTERNOON TEA SERVICES?

Because we do not specialize in vegan food, we do not offer a vegan afternoon tea service. We do have a gluten-free tea service available for pre-order for a $5 up-charge. Vegetarian tea services are available for pre-order with no up-charge.
